BWOO BW02 hands-free earphones wireless feature BT5.1 advanced wireless connection technology, combined with the well-selected antenna, which enables them to deliver a quick response and fast connection with the targeted device. Therefore, these earbuds are easy to pair. After the manual pairing the first time, they will automatically reconnect with the targeted device within a radius of 10 meters. With these settings, it also promises impressive signal anti-interference ability and efficient connection to help keep the stable connection and fast data transfer without causing sudden disconnection.

How long does it take my order to ship out?

5 to 25 business days after advance payment. The specific shipping day is determined by the quantity of the products you're ordered.

How about the payment term?

T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Before delivery, we will show the products and packages to you by sending videos or photos.

Will you offer a free sample for testing?

Yes, after signing the PI, we will send a free sample to you for checking upon delivery. For a new client, we will charge for the sample and shipping fee that will be refunded to you once the order is confirmed.

Yes, mold making is available based on your requests and the drawings you offered and its charge depends on the product model. And once a large ordered amount is made, the moulding cost will refund.

Can I print my logo on the products we order?

Yes, Logo can be printed though silk screen printing or aser engraving.

Can the product color be customized?

Yes, but there is a requirement for the MOQ. For further inquiries about custom colors, please contact us through WhatsApp.
