What is your terms for delivery?

We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or customizing the most efficient shipping way for your needs.

How long does it take my order to ship out?

5 to 25 business days after advance payment. The specific shipping day is determined by the quantity of the products you're ordered.

How about the payment term?

T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Before delivery, we will show the products and packages to you by sending videos or photos.

Will you offer a free sample for testing?

Yes, after signing the PI, we will send a free sample to you for checking upon delivery. For a new client, we will charge for the sample and shipping fee that will be refunded to you once the order is confirmed.

Yes, mold making is available based on your requests and the drawings you offered and its charge depends on the product model. And once a large ordered amount is made, the moulding cost will refund.

Can I print my logo on the products we order?

Yes, Logo can be printed though silk screen printing or aser engraving.

What is your manner for packing?

1. Color printed box with an inner blister tray;
2. Package design customization.

How will my order be packaged to prevent damage during shipping?

We pack your products with outer corrugated boxes, inner boxes(optional), bubble films, pallets, and more protective materials.
